"I am a Global Native".
The Global Natives Club offers personal reference pages - called chronicles - to its young members.
Chronicles let young Global Natives show how they gradually became multi-lingual, gained early
international experiences, learned how to cooperate across borders and build their own network.
Growing up in a Global Natives family means growing up as a global citizen.
Our kids, teens and young adults know that this is part of their lives forever. It's also a valuable asset in their CV.
"I am a Global Native" is a statement: "I have an open and global mindset,
a track record of international experience and multiple language skills."
Personal chronicles give this statement credibility and auditability. They also give an insight into its background.
As a personal page they are an ongoing work-in-progress, featuring an individual history of contacts and partnerships,
visits made and visitors welcomed, trips made and lessons learned.
Chronicles are an online reference to be included in Curricula Vitae, résumés and applications.
In chronological order, this page can lay out all personal, academic and professional experiences.
It can list internships, jobs and cooperations.
Every entry can include an endorsement or a reference by a partner family, a school or an employer.
There is room for reports, certificates and testimonials. It will remain online for as long as its owner wishes.

My Global Native Chronicle
Parents can set up a chronicle for a child as soon as the family has been a member for at least 18 months and established active family partnerships. Once the child/teenager has turned 16, he or she can take personal charge of the page.
Access to the chronicle can be offered via a QR code or a link. Chronicle pages are not found by search engines.

Setting up a personal chronicle is free of charge for all members.
A comprehensive survey amongst members who participated in the beta phase showed that links to chronicles (in online applications, letters and CVs) have an
82% chance of being clicked. Personal feedback from applicants and their parents is overwhelmingly positive; the chronicle has very often been the decisive factor for a placement offer. |
