Grants, scholarships and other good ideas
We finance all our work through membership fees.
The first 50% keep all the wheels turning, the other 50% go straight back to our members:
They turn into contributions towards travel expenses, scholarships and ... special grants!
We know: Great ideas love unregulated territory.

Grants in general have been around for a long time. They boost talent, foster potential and provide opportunities to youngsters worldwide.
Global Native Grants do the same within our community - through unbureaucratic support. Here, we'd like to introduce you to two of our somewhat unconventional (and highly popular!) support concepts ... |
The Eye-Opener Grantaka The underachiever's way to glory |
Unorthodox opportunities. So how does the grant system work?
The two grants above demonstrate how we have our own way of doing things.
They work so well because of the trust and strong common ground within the community.
To apply for an individual grant, members write a personal letter, describing the situation and the goals they'd like
to achieve, the problems involved and how they propose to overcome them. We do not use application forms.
That's more work, of course, but it helps us to understand individual needs. We learn from it every time.
In return, mapping out what's amiss proves to be a constructive way to a more objective perspective.
Opportunities: Grants enable ideas and projects that cannot be achieved alone.
And they give leverage to people and their goals way beyond established support strategies.
All families who have been active members for longer than 18 months are eligible to apply for a grant.
All grants combine financial support with the support of the network and active cooperation in and between families.
Behind each and every grant, there lies a strong belief in the domino effect: May the empowered empower others!
