So, if support or information really is required urgently it will carry the priority label and receive a pretty fast reaction. However, in most cases it is perfectly okay to get back on a member's question within 48 hours. This gives the team the flexibility needed to combine job and family.
Naturally we handle membership applications with the same personal care and consideration, we process them one by one - no automated programs or external services are involved - and we take the time to ask questions and learn from every new member's wishes, ambitions and challenges.
