Good ideas, great ideals, amazing innovative spirits, the longing to contribute - they're all fairly distributed among kids of
all nations, cultures and income levels. In every walk of life there is the desire to discover the world, to make an impact. 
Yet, opportunities are not as fairly distributed as potential. Most folks could do with more and better options.
These opportunities are often best served by simply inviting someone into your life for a while. Like hosting a teen to pick
​up a language, making a connection to an expert, joining a group in pursuit of a mutual goal or starting a good dialogue.

Opportunities, perspectives and funding - our answer is redistribution:
​A shift from where it's readily available and happily given to where it's needed and highly valued.

Our Robin Hood Principle has three elements:

1.) Hands-on opportunities through fair give-and-take 
     between families, between peers, within tribes. 

2.) Perspectives through new mentoring concepts.
     Access to knowledge, experience and networks.

3.) Funding through redistribution: 50% of all membership 
     fees go into grants and support schemes like Fare Play.
