If so, would you let us have a copy of your school report, together with your story?
The context is essential, we really want to understand the circumstances!
Tell us what you think, what went wrong, and what you most wished for at the time.

We're building the world's largest collection of bad school reports. 
Please add yours and become part of the project!

Here's why: 

Circumstance, timing, opportunities and the people around you matter so much when you're a kid.
They can tip the balance in your favour, give you perspectives and goals.

95% of all bad students are talented, innovative young people with their heads full of ideas. 
That's a fact and we can prove it. We have worked intensely with them for over twelve years.
Yet, they need ways to connect with their own strengths.

Bad school reports help us to learn how we can be a better driver for these connections.
And they make us better activists for these kids' potential.

What we will do with your report and the other 99.999?
We use the data and the stories to learn from and to trigger change:
We want kids and parents, schools and society to rethink success and failure in education.
We aim to create a new mindset.

In 2024, the Bad Students Society will start airing a series of true stories about the successes
and failures of bad students, about the difference a change of attitude can make and what
new perspectives, mentors and Eureka! moments can do for a kid.

Contribute your own school report, story,
experience, opinion or best practice case!

doesn't have to be in English. All languages are welcome.
​Please feel free to write as much as you want!
​We will read it.

Of course, it's okay to blur your name on the report.
​But we will treat it with utmost discretion anyway.

part in our daily draw for a Thank-You-gift ​of an
annual membership for your family's use or to
​give away to a family you care about.

with an international group of scientists, including some of our own members,
can inspire open thinking in education:

consider alternatives beyond familiar paths,
bring frustrated underachievers out of the
loser's corner to find new motivation and
invite society to redefine academic success.

The collection will provide the data for
powerful arguments and inspiring stories.

Reports from family, parents and of course
grandparents are very welcome as well!
