Instructions to file uploads:

Please submit copies of your passports or ID cards and at least one verifiable invoice addressed to you at your current residence.   .pdf, .doc, .odt, .jpg or .png formats are all fine

We want to know more about you, your motivation to join, and what you would like to contribute to the community. That's why we ask you to provide a letter of intent* and more information on who you are as individuals (uploads):
This could be your membership ID with an organization (i.e. any voluntary work you do), your academic achievements or whatever you think represents best what you stand for.

Letter of intent:
In your letter, please outline your wishes as parents
​and your hopes for your children.
Tell us about the three (or more) most relevant things you can offer to other families. Give us an idea how you would have used this platform, had it been available in your teenage days.
​Are there any special challenges in your family and do you want to expand on special gifts and talents? Are there any other factors motivating you to join? Please feel free to add your thoughts and ideas, let your partner and your children add theirs too! 

Your letter of intent must carry your signature and the date.

IMPORTANT: 
Please include the following in your letter of intent:

"My entire family - that is: myself, my partner, my children, other family members - are committed to the rules and guidelines of the Global Natives Community.
We solemnly pledge to respect and protect the interests and the privacy of all other community members.
No information about the community or its members will ever be made public by us in any way whatsoever - this includes all social media content. 
​We pledge to adhere to and respect the goals outlined in WHAT WE WANT, and we shall honour the rules of conduct and sincere communication as described in the NO BULL POLICY, all of which is part of the GlobalNatives.Org website. We have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
​We hereby also promise to act in keeping with the Global Natives' philosophy of fair give-and-take at all times."​

Getting to know our members' ways of thinking and living
is crucial for the platform's continuous improvement!

to maintain and improve our standards! Thank you

Only your letter of intent will be kept on record, ​all other
information will be deleted after the due diligence process.
We do not archive personal documents.

File upload - please note:

Due diligence requires us to see your passport
or another reliable ID.

Uploaded scans and/or photos will be deleted immediately after we've seen them. We do not store any of these documents.

However, feel free to add watermarks and/or write "SPECIMEN" in big letters across your scans. As long as the relevant information remains legible, that's fine with us.
